Chicken Biryani is Pakistanis' favorite dish. From restaurants to homes, Chicken Biryani is famous. Chicken Biryani is a perfect mixture of rice and meat cooked in desi (regional) spices.

 2 cups basmati- rice
 ½ cup oil
 7 lbs chicken meat pieces
 15 ½ cups water
 3 onions, sliced
 1 cup yogurt
 1 tsp Ginger paste
 ½ tsp ground garlic
 1 tsp ground green chili
 ½ cup ground tomatoes, without skin
 1 tsp turmeric powder
 2 tsp chili powder
 2 tsp garam masala powder (mix spices)
 ½ cup milk
 Pinch of saffron
 1 tsp coriander powder
 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
 Salt according to taste

Combine tomato yogurt, puree, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, mix all powder, coriander powder, and salt in the mixing bowl.

Marinate the chicken in the same mixture. Allow 3-4 hours for it to rest.

Add oil to the pan; fry onions until golden brown. Add the marinated chicken to this and cook for 10 minutes.

Then, combine the rice with 3½ cups water in a pressure cooker. Additionally, combine the saffron and milk and add to the rice. Finally, add the chicken pieces and marinade.

Gently combine all the ingredients, cover the cooker with the lid, and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Then remove transfer to the serving plates and enjoy.
