
Measure milk and coconut milk in a bowl.
In a pan pour milk and coconut milk and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add in sugar, whisk continuously.
Cook until sugar is dissolved.
Then add in gelatin and whisk well.
Remove from the flame.
In a bowl beat the egg whites’ unit, it gets fluffy, and mix it in the milk butter.
Pour the batter into the silicone mold
Put it in the freezer for 2 hours
