Mutton Nihari is a traditional and trendy Pakistani dish served at almost every breakfast, lunch, and wedding function. It is a thick curry with a mild flavor of Desi Masala ingredients. Wheat flour is used to achieve the ideal consistency of Nihari.

Add 1 cup clarified butter, 2 finely sliced onions, and mutton in the saucepan and cook until the onion begins to dissolve.
Take a piece of cloth simultaneously. Tie it with 2 tbsp fennel seeds and 2 tbsp dry ginger.
Mix it with 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 3 tbsp red chili powder in the pan.
After a thorough stirring, add two glasses of water. Cook, covered with the pan's lid until the mutton is tender.
After the mutton has been tenderized, add ½ cup red flour to the gravy to thicken.
Dissolve 1 tbsp hot spices powder in a bit of water and add to the gravy once it reaches the desired consistency.
Allow 5 to 10 minutes for simmering. Nihari is prepared and ready to serve.
