Keema Matar is a traditional Pakistani dish with ground meat and peas dry-style gravy.
This curry dish is growing with flavor but is incredibly simple to prepare. You may substitute minced lamb or beef meat for this dish.

Add the minced meat to a cooking pot, chopped onions, garlic, ginger paste, chopped tomatoes, and spices. Merge and stir thoroughly. Cook over medium heat, covered. And continue mixing from time to time.
After a while, you will notice that the mixture contains juices from the meat and vegetables. Then incorporate your green peas. Re-stir well and continue cooking with the lid on. Continue cooking and stirring until almost all the liquid has evaporated.
When the water evaporates, the meat remains juicy; add the cooking oil, and stir well. Take the lid back and cook more for 10 minutes.
In the serving dish, place the meal, and decorate with coriander leaves.
